Changing the hubworld
The hubworld was originally made to rapidly test all developed stages.
Now the core element of the game is for the most part defined, so it has become necessary to make the hubworld not a single small room but a place to explore that teaches the player how the game works and give some entertainment.
Because of this I made a new hubworld to fit this functionality and here's what I integrated
collectables to reward exploration
moving the interaction tutorial to the hubworld, now to get through this area you need to activate the console that moves a platform up and allow you to move forward
Remains to add casual npc interaction and some mini-puzzle (I haven't added it yet).
All these changes on secondary game elements got me off track.
I haven't yet completely establish the core of the game but my focus is on complementary game elements.
For this reason from now on, I'll focus on the game core and once that has been established I'll focus back on improving and implementing complementary gameplay elements.
I have noticed a bug with the movement of some platform, so I'll fix that too.
In conclusion bug fixing apart I'll focus on the game core.
